INTRODUCTION

The firm is a family one of the second Fuerrua, the headquarters is in Frazione Bozzola number 11 in the county of Rocca Ciglič, Provincia di Cuneo.
This village situated in the in Langhe south occidental at a height of 610m., is a small center protected on the apex of a hill which has an enviable view, so much to be defined "the terrace of langa".
The main activity of the firm is viticulture : exclusively Dolcetto grapes are produced here, which gives the Denominazione di Origine Controllata (DOC) wine "Dolcetto di Dogliani".
The firm extends on 20 hectares of which 5 hectares are cultivated with vines. The greater part of this vine is situated on a hill of family property since 1968, in the County of Clavesana named Tenuta Frairot. Despite the fact that when it was bought, this place was totally cultivated with vine, only the "Vigna Veja" precedes 1968 and thanks to the low yielding, it produces grapes of high quality. In the course of years many interventions for healing have been done and also replanting for the rest of the vineyard.
 
 
 
 

Always from generation to generation, there has been a hand over of tradition to cultivate vines and wine the grapes produced; this is why the firm confides in traditional methods, the most important ones to save the typicality of this wine which has to be presented ready, perfumed, well structured, harmonious with a ruby red colour with violate reflections.

The firm is adheres to the EC 1257/99 law F! measure, relative to the method of integrated production , that is limiting it's self to the minimum use of anti parasite products: and it our strong intention in future to produce following the organic philosophy.
